  1. Add ability to change pay rate at a specified date mid year so full year summary computes correctly

  2. Calendar input SLOW

    Entering dates in the pop up calendar (unless I'm doing something wrong) is really slow. It seems there is no way to select a year quickly. E.g. To go back to 2004, I have to go previous, previous, previous... on the months a lot of times to get back to 2004.
